Product Return Policy (New & Unused Products)
All product returns require a Setra‑issued RMA number before items can be sent back. Returns received without a valid RMA number may be refused. Please fill out the RMA Request Form below.
Return Eligibility
- Products must be new, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Items must be in resalable condition to qualify for credit.
- Returns must be requested within 6 months of the original shipment date.
- Custom or non‑resalable products are not eligible for credit unless the return is due to a confirmed Setra order entry error.
Important Notes
- Products that have been installed or tested cannot be returned for credit.
- If items are found to have been installed after inspection, they will be returned to you as‑is with no credit issued.
Shipping Requirements
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs when returning products.
- Ship returned items to Setra after receiving your RMA number.
