Product Return Policy (New & Unused Products)

All product returns require a Setra‑issued RMA number before items can be sent back. Returns received without a valid RMA number may be refused. Please fill out the RMA Request Form below.

Return Eligibility

  • Products must be new, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • Items must be in resalable condition to qualify for credit.
  • Returns must be requested within 6 months of the original shipment date.
  • Custom or non‑resalable products are not eligible for credit unless the return is due to a confirmed Setra order entry error.

Important Notes

  • Products that have been installed or tested cannot be returned for credit.
  • If items are found to have been installed after inspection, they will be returned to you as‑is with no credit issued.

Shipping Requirements

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs when returning products.
  • Ship returned items to Setra after receiving your RMA number.
